The company of the *** Hostatgeria de Celma Hotel is Banach-Esplugas & Associats Ltd. consisting of Carme Esteve, who supervised the decoration and adaptation of the old Cal Graller with the collaboration of Txema Retana (also the chief cook in the kitchen) and Ramon Banach, oenologist and born in the village of "Les Pobles".

The arrangement of the 600m2 surface area of the hotel has offered both of them a consolidated experience in this hotel project.

The company also manages a property of 8 HA dedicated to the cultivation of wine the speciality of the Penedès wines, a wine of the region. Thanks to the altitude of 350m above sea level and the rainfall of 500 to 700 mm3 per year together with an average temperature of 12 to 13 degrees C it's an ideal scenery to obtain a perfect wine. The property has 5 natural different terrain levels with a plantation of 13.000 stocks together with fruit trees and vegetables for their own consumption.

In this same property a wine cellar which is already constructed will hold in the future the production plant and the wine barrels for the wine and all of them will show the property label.

The Banach-Esteve family reaches its highest point with the Hostatgeria de Celma Hotel*** founded in 1998 and they are convinced that they present a unique hotel and viticulture project.
